HOW THIS RECORDING GOT ITS NAME (my theory)Nice and misty mellow reading of an old Charlie Parker jazz favourite. Sugar plays his own wooden bamboo sax and Reuben an ordinary tenor sax. Nice collectors item.But how come this is named after another Charlie Parker song: Un Poquito (De Tu Amor)? The confusion might be caused by the way how these songs are printed on the original LP version of this album: http://www.discogs.com/Charlie-Parker-South-Of-The-Border/release/1385586The third track on side A, No Noise is a two part song. It's marked as one track on the credits, but in the actual media the two parts are marked with a separator between them. Then the No Noise part 2 would naturally become track A4, and the song My Little Suede Shoes becomes A5, Un Poquito becomes A6.They must have listened to this album when choosing songs to record. They listened to My Little Suede Shoes and looked at the vinyl, a-ha, 5th track, what's the name of it: a-ha Un Poquito....Not knowing that it was actually My Little Suede Shoes because of that unexpected two-part track split. That's how it must have happened.
